Manuel B. Villar Jr., commonly known as Manny Villar, is a prominent Filipino real estate magnate and former politician. He ranks as the third richest individual in the Philippines, with an estimated net worth of approximately $17.2 billion as of April 2025.

Born on December 13, 1949, in Tondo, Manila, Villar began his career as an accountant before transitioning into the real estate sector, where he focused on mass housing. He has held significant political positions, including Speaker of the House of Representatives from 1998 to 2000 and President of the Senate from 2006 to 2008.
